My services include but are not limited to advising my clients on all Real Estate related matters whether it is the purchase of a home or the selling of one, purchase of distressed properties, Real Estate investments, the foreclosure and pre-foreclosure process or short sale, I am the expert to contact.
I can list your property, find you a distressed property to buy or prepare your property for a short sale. In the short sale process I will list the property, prepare an extensive short sale package to submit to the mortgage company in order to negotiate the best possible deal for you, plus, advise you on the entire pre and foreclosure process.
I do not charge an up front fee as I will collect my fees when the short sale is consummated. I will then be paid directly by the mortgage company.
